It is hard to believe that November is already half over...where does the time go? Speaking of time, I have had none (or at least it feels that way). My dad left this morning, back to the other side of the country. boo :(

I want to share a great kid friendly recipe that I had posted when I first started my blog tofu walnut balls. You can get the kids helping too. These are good on sub buns with pizza sauce, fresh peppers, and lettuce. nomnomnom. You could even pack them in lunches with a little tomato sauce for dipping!
